Daisy came to us from a wonderful breeder in Canada. She started out with a different registered name but those who know me could not imagine me having a horse named Shadaisy. My friends thought the name was too ...frilly for me. So Marilyn (the breeder) and I agreed to a name that is a combination of her sire and dam. My Husband shortened her name so her barn name became Daisy and she seems to like it as she will come when her name is called. A video is available upon request.
Marilyn is a great person to deal with and will help those of us who have no idea how to import a horse into the United States. Marilyn's site is here: DM Morgans. I have nothing but praise and thanks to Marilyn for all her help and some of the additional information that she has passed along to me. She usually has a great selection of weanlings and others for sale. So check her site (especially in the spring) for you next Morgan.
